Data we collect
Enquiries include your name, email, optional company and message. Applications may also include a portfolio link, role and optional PDF CV. Please do not submit sensitive or unnecessary personal information.
Purposes and legal grounds
We process enquiries to evaluate and respond to requests and take steps directly related to a potential contract, where applicable under article 5/2-c of Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law. Legal obligations may require processing under article 5/2-ç. Security and record protection rely on legitimate interests where your fundamental rights are not harmed. Applications are evaluated for recruitment and a potential employment contract. Other purposes require separate notice.
Access and providers
Data is collected electronically through forms. Submissions are visible to authorised administrators. Hosting and infrastructure providers may access data only as necessary for operating the service. We may disclose data to competent authorities when legally required. This version does not automatically subscribe you to marketing or load third-party analytics. Social platforms apply their own policies when you follow their links.
Retention
Enquiries are normally reviewed within 12 months and applications within 6 months; unnecessary records are deleted or anonymised. Legal duties, contracts or disputes may require longer retention. Administrators are responsible for carrying out these reviews.

Under article 11 of the Turkish law, you may request information, access, correction and, where applicable, deletion, notification to recipients, objection to adverse automated decisions and compensation for unlawful processing.
