Content & Social Media Specialist
We are looking for a specialist to plan content strategy across brands’ digital channels, manage production and track performance.

The role
You treat marketing as a system that keeps working rather than a series of disconnected posts. You build content plans in the brand’s voice, coordinate production and improve results by measuring them.
Responsibilities
- Preparing monthly content and publishing plans for brands
- Coordinating copywriting, visual and video production
- Managing accounts on Instagram, LinkedIn and other channels
- Reporting campaign and ad performance and developing recommendations
- Regular client communication and content approval workflows
What we look for
- At least 2 years of social media and content management experience
- Strong Turkish copywriting and an ear for brand voice
- Command of Meta Business Suite and basic analytics tools
- An organised way of working that follows through across multiple projects
Nice to have
- Good English
- Experience with corporate and B2B brands
- Basic design or video editing skills
