Experience Designer (UX/UI)
We are looking for a designer to shape user experience from research to interface for websites, digital products and management dashboards.

The role
You turn strategic insight into interfaces people actually use. You work on projects of different scales, from corporate websites to mobile apps and internal operations dashboards, at the same table as the engineering team.
Responsibilities
- Creating user flows, information architecture and wireframes
- High-fidelity interface design and interactive prototypes in Figma
- Building and maintaining design systems and component libraries
- Handover to engineering and quality control during implementation
- Usability testing and post-launch improvements
What we look for
- At least 3 years of UX/UI experience and a portfolio that shows process
- Advanced Figma skills (auto layout, components, variants)
- Solid grasp of responsive design and accessibility principles
- A way of working that explains decisions and welcomes feedback
Nice to have
- Motion design and micro-interaction experience
- HTML/CSS knowledge and familiarity with the build process
- Experience with corporate and B2B digital products
