How we work

From the first callto launch, step by step.

Every project is different, but our roadmap is clear. Below you can see how a Mazbut project moves and what to expect at every step.

How does a project move at Mazbut?

Every Mazbut project moves in six steps: introduction and discovery, strategy and scope, experience design, development, testing and launch, measurement and continuity. Because strategy, design and engineering sit in the same team, nothing gets lost between steps; timeline and budget become clear once the scope is written down.

  1. Introduction and discovery

We talk through the need, the goals and the constraints together. By looking at the current state, the users and the competition, we sharpen the right question.

  2. Strategy and scope

We put the path to the goal, the priorities and the deliverables in writing. Timeline and budget become clear together with this scope.

  3. Experience design

We design user flows, interfaces and the brand language. We review every stage together and move forward with feedback.

  4. Development

We turn the design into a working product and set up the infrastructure, integrations and content management. Regular interim deliveries keep progress visible.

  5. Testing and launch

We test across devices and scenarios and check speed and accessibility. We plan launch day together.

  6. Measurement and continuity

After launch we watch the data and prioritise improvements. We stay alongside the product as it grows.

What we deliver, depending on the project

Every project is different; during scoping we decide together which of these you need.

Working together

  1. 01 — 04

    One team, one table

Strategy, design and engineering are not split across agencies; they share one table. Decisions are quick and nothing gets lost in handovers.

  2. 02 — 04

    The right question first

We clarify the problem before designing. A well-asked question solves half the project.

  3. 03 — 04

    Visible progress

With regular interim deliveries you always know what has been done and what comes next. Shared decisions instead of surprises.

  4. 04 — 04

    Still there after launch

Launch is a beginning, not an end. As the product grows we keep measuring, improving and building.

Questions about the process

How long does a project take?

It depends on the scope, the number of platforms and the integrations. During strategy and scoping we split the work into phases and agree on a timeline for each.

How is the price determined?

The price follows the written scope. You can share your needs through the project estimator and receive our written proposal after a short introductory call.

How involved do we need to be?

We need your regular feedback during discovery and design. We hold short reviews at the end of each phase; the rest of the time stays yours.

Can you work with our existing team and systems?

Yes. We can build integrations with your current infrastructure, work alongside your in-house team and hand the product over to your team at the end.

Do you provide support after launch?

Yes. Through our continuity and support service we take care of maintenance, monitoring and ongoing development of live products.
